Marketing Manager

• Support the execution of digital marketing programs, including newsletters, event-related email campaigns and custom landing page; Responsible for some content creation, all content coordination, landing page and email design, audience target list building in Salesforce, deployment through HubSpot and report/metrics tracking. • Develop and maintain sales enablement assets, including collateral, landing pages, and presentation materials, ensuring all outputs are current, on-brand, well-designed and aligned with business priorities. • Create and update executive-ready slide decks for conferences and external events, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand and strategy. • Provide support for conferences and large-scale events as needed with coordination, logistics, slideware and/or digital support. • Assist in managing external agencies and contractors, managing all projects and deliverables, ensuring they align with strategy and needs, while staying within the allocated budget and timeline. • Help track marketing budgets, subscriptions, and program spend. • Maintain and organize the digital content and collateral library to support the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Success working independently
- Exceptional attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and time management skills
- Advanced skills using Google slides, Powerpoint, Canva, and Photoshop
- Digital marketing experience including ad creative development and ad campaign creation and management in LinkedIn, experience with email marketing
- Organized with experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Creative, persistent and resourceful. You do what it takes to GSD (get stuff done)
- Experience/background in the Life Science Industry is a strong plus
- Must be willing to travel 10-15%
- BS/BA preferred
