Field Marketing Manager

• Own event execution end-to-end, including: • Manage all aspects of events and programs, including planning, timelines, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, execution, and follow-up • Partner closely with sales to align on goals, target accounts, outreach plans, and post-event engagement • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on event content, messaging, and insights • Use Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns, track performance, and measure impact across engagement, leads, and pipeline • Conduct research to identify new events, sponsorships, and creative ways to make our participation stand out • Maintain clear documentation, learnings, and best practices to support future programs • Contribute ideas and take initiative as part of a small, growing marketing team
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role
- Experience owning or supporting events from planning through execution
- Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with senior leadership
- Data-savvy, with an interest in understanding and measuring program impact
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events
