Inspire
• Focus on providing local marketing leadership, strategy, and program recommendations • Partner with RVPs, identify regional trends, and build solutions • Provide local market intelligence and system feedback • Collaborate with local agency and Inspire Media Strategy & Planning team • Align stakeholders on approved plans and initiatives • Manage co-op activity and local budget • Partner with Data & Analysis team for reporting and insights
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of total experience working in field marketing roles, focused specifically on community engagement
- Proven ability to communicate with above and restaurant team members to build vision and drive action
- Proven ability to lead brand-level field marketing initiatives and deliver measurable top line impact
- Exceptional communication and influence skills; able to bridge brand and enterprise priorities
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
