Senior Customer Marketing Manager
Recare
• You develop and implement a customer marketing strategy for hospitals and post-acute care providers across the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion). • You plan and run upsell and cross-sell campaigns for existing B2B customers (e.g., additional modules, licenses, feature packages). • You build and continuously evolve retention programs that drive deeper product usage, satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. • You establish and manage a customer advocacy program: activating customers from hospitals and care facilities as advocates, multipliers and co-creators through marketing, community and co-building formats. • You work closely with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer maturity levels and potential, and to develop stakeholder-specific value propositions. • You analyze usage, retention and expansion data for continuous optimization.
Job Requirements
- You hold a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, health management or a comparable qualification.
- You bring 6–8 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or customer marketing, alternatively in Customer Success or Product Marketing, ideally in a HealthTech, PharmaTech or SaaS environment.
- You have experience working with existing customers and managing complex B2B accounts (preferably hospitals, care facilities, or provider networks).
- Ideally, you have experience in hospital or care settings and a basic understanding of regulatory and organizational frameworks in healthcare.
- You can demonstrate experience building or executing upsell and expansion initiatives, retention programs and customer advocacy formats (e.g., references, case studies, webinars, customer events).
- You have experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams and enabling internal stakeholders.
- You are proficient with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and in analyzing usage and campaign data.
- You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
