• You take end-to-end responsibility for hospital implementations and manage timelines, dependencies, risks and quality standards – including the further development of governance, processes and delivery structures. • You analyze clinical processes and develop training, change and rollout concepts to sustainably implement our solutions in hospitals. • You manage key stakeholders on the client side (e.g., executive management, IT, medical leadership) and ensure clear communication as well as professional escalation management. • You lead and develop our implementation and onboarding team with a focus on performance, quality and scaling. • You bring an AI-native mindset: you think about processes from the outcome, use AI as a natural work tool, and enable your team to set new implementation standards faster, smarter and more data-driven. • You ensure close cross-functional alignment with Sales, Integration/IOP, Product, Support and Customer Success – from handover to stabilization. • You further develop our rollout governance and delivery structures (standards, templates, capacity planning, milestone tracking). • You coordinate technical interface topics together with Integration/IOP (e.g., APIs, tests, go-lives) as well as tickets and backlogs.

• Contribute to key Finance initiatives by analyzing financial data, developing dashboards, optimizing reporting processes, and supporting strategic projects such as system implementations and data migrations • Provide stakeholders with reliable insights that enable informed, data-driven decision-making across the business • Hands-on analyst turning raw exports (e.g. DATEV, CRM) into clean tables and actionable insights • Shape lightweight data pipelines (SQL/Sheets), definitions, and documentation for self-service key views • Support FP&A on forecasts, ad-hoc deep dives, and tool introductions/data migrations (mapping, test cases, reconciliation) • Ensure smooth month-/year-end support with simple reconciliations • Create and maintain dashboards using Abacum, Looker or Claude, and develop simple automations to enhance productivity and reduce manual workload • Analyze revenue, usage, and spend trends and communicate findings clearly • Accompany cross-functional analysts (Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops) to align on metrics and data standards

• You will lead the development of Recare’s Operator, our agent that delivers AI-generated clinical output to hospital systems by operating their existing software the way a human would—no bespoke interface required. • You will own that bridge end-to-end: both the agentic, computer-use automation at the front and the integration backbone behind it. • You will set the technical direction for computer-use automation and integrations across the board: architecture, standards, and roadmap. • You will ensure reliable data flows between hospital systems and Recare products, regardless of the interface. • You will be the team’s technical backbone and escalation point, setting the standard for clarity, speed, and delivery. • You will push the frontier of agentic, computer-use automation: deciding where model-driven approaches outperform deterministic ones, and making them fast, reliable, and cost-efficient for production. • You will make it work in the real world, ensuring robustness across the messy realities of hospital IT—even if that requires close customer collaboration. • You will build full-stack and stay hands-on, from the desktop agent to the APIs and telemetry around it, remaining close to the code. • You will partner with product teams to turn ambiguous problems into shippable plans, and you will go on-site with customers when required to get integrations working. • You will invest in the observability foundations that make production systems trustworthy.

• You own end-to-end design across our product and agentic experiences, from problem framing to shipped code. • You design AI-native interactions: multi-modal interfaces, agent state, uncertainty, async workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls. • You contribute to the design system, shaping components, patterns, and AI-specific conventions. • You work with PMs and engineering to shape product and technical direction, not just design direction. • You lead critique and mentor other designers. • You collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to consistently drive design outcomes.

• Work with purpose – your role has a positive impact on patients, their families and healthcare professionals. • You take responsibility after the go‑live of our AI Suite and lead our clients into deeper adoption: new use cases, additional document types, further departments and deeper integrations. • You work in the model of leading forward‑deployed teams (e.g., Palantir FDEs, OpenAI Forward‑Deployed Engineers) – consultancy‑adjacent, hands‑on, with clear ownership for outcomes. • While Customer Success secures relationships, adoption and retention, you are accountable for expansion – i.e., the sustainable growth of our clients with the Recare AI Suite. • You moderate C‑level workshops (executive management, CMIO, IT leadership, medical controlling) and translate clinical pain points into concrete AI solutions – including business case, ROI modeling and governance framework. • You are responsible for expansion ARR within your client portfolio: from use‑case hypothesis testing through pilot, clinical acceptance, commercial close (together with Sales) to scaled rollout. • For each strategic client you conduct a quarterly account steering together with the CSM and hospital leadership, in which you report realized value against the value equation defined during discovery. • You work closely with our Implementation team in parallel to project onboarding: while the Implementation team delivers the standard package, you build the expansion roadmap in the same timeframe – so a validated next growth window is ready by hypercare exit. • You feed your insights back into Product & Engineering, (AI) Solution Architecture and Playbooks, actively shaping the further development of the Recare AI Suite.
