• You take end-to-end responsibility for hospital implementations and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks — from kick-off to successful go-live. • You manage key stakeholders on the client side (e.g., executive management, IT, medical leadership) and ensure clear communication as well as professional escalation management. • In close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you ensure that all requirements are met and go-lives are executed smoothly. • You maintain project tracking, reports, and documentation and proactively suggest improvements to continuously optimize our implementation processes.

• Own and iteratively develop the data backbone that powers Recare’s AI products • Ensure that data ingestion, processing, and delivery are reliable, secure, and production-ready • Design, implement, and operate asynchronous processing systems for heavy AI workloads • Define and maintain API contracts and data schemas across producers and consumers • Own data lifecycle primitives including secure storage, sensitive data handling, and retention and deletion semantics • Develop secure service-to-service authentication for cross-system synchronization

• As a GTM Engineer (AI-first), you drive the transformation of our go-to-market organization to an AI-powered, highly automated operating model. • Your mission is to identify high-impact opportunities, turn them into scalable solutions, and enable our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to work smarter, faster, and more data-driven through effective use of AI and automation. • Audit & prioritize: Map GTM workflows across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to identify high-impact automation opportunities (lead routing, enrichment, renewals, handoffs). • Build agentic workflows: Design and ship AI-powered automations using Clay, Claude, n8n, Notion AI, and our stack (Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, Planhat). • Own the AI context layer: Build and maintain prompts, knowledge graphs, CRM-connected AI skills, and enrichment pipelines that continuously improve system intelligence. • Prototype relentlessly: Stay on top of new AI tools and models, test quickly, kill what doesn’t work, and scale what does — within days, not quarters. • Connect systems end-to-end: Ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, Looker, Planhat, Snowflake, and the wider data stack with RevOps, BI, and Engineering. • Lead enablement: Train Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Marketing on AI-driven workflows and drive long-term adoption across teams. • Support the AI-first roadmap: Contribute to Recare's three-phase RevOps transition — from manual with structure to augmented operations to intelligent automation — delivering measurable productivity gains in each phase.

• Responsible for building and further developing our Revenue Enablement function • Ensure our teams are optimally enabled across the entire customer journey • Translate the revenue strategy, processes, and systems into effective enablement initiatives • Establish structures that sustainably embed knowledge, skills, and tools into the organization • Special focus on an AI-first approach • Work closely with all revenue-facing teams and act as the central enablement interface • Develop and own our revenue enablement strategy • Analyze enablement needs and derive prioritized actions • Design scalable enablement frameworks as well as training, onboarding, and enablement programs

• You gain first-hand insight into clinical processes by visiting customers and translating requirements into technical specifications. • You define technical integration concepts with acute hospitals, post-acute facilities (e.g., nursing homes) and partners. • You lead integration projects end-to-end, from specification through implementation to validation at customer sites. • You coordinate development teams, ensuring clear interoperability requirements and reliable delivery of new interfaces. • You manage stakeholders across team boundaries: coordinating internal and external teams to drive projects to success. • You enable other teams by sharing interoperability knowledge with Product, Deployment and Sales teams so they can competently address technical questions.

• Responsible for building robust chat applications and other generative AI solutions. • Develop and maintain the infrastructure for deploying AI agents. • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. • Set up and optimize observability pipelines for generative AI.

• Technical ownership of Recare's integration and interoperability layer • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange • Own the technical direction of the integrations domain • Design and evolve external integrations, including APIs and workflows • Automate recurring operational tasks and build internal tooling
