Role Description If you work in finance, you know those numbers won’t count themselves. And we need seasoned professionals to keep everything humming along. Our Regional Director of Finance oversees all financial functions and associates in a cluster of hotels. From directing strategy to overseeing the provision of financial data, your efforts will ensure that the hotels are making informed decisions and operating as effectively as possible. Here are some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for regularly: - Evaluate property expenses and expense controls. - Review and audit Balance Sheets on a quarterly basis. - Coordinate and conduct semi-annual property audits. - Provide guidance and training to property staff accountants, controllers, and operational staff on mandatory accounting practices. - Help hire and train accounting associates. - Participate in prelim calls and financial reviews of each property. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience as a Controller. - Knowledge of Excel is a must. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Able to coordinate with associates across multiple departments. Requirements - Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Role Description PM Hotel Group is excited to welcome a rising junior or senior studying hospitality, marketing/social media/brand storytelling - or anyone with meaningful hospitality experience - to join us for this opportunity. The Summer 2026 Marketing & Brand Storytelling Intern will join PM’s Support Center for a 9-week immersive experience at the intersection of brand strategy, digital storytelling, social media, and on-property activation. This internship is hands-on and portfolio-facing. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and Area Marketing Managers, travel to hotels across the portfolio, capture and edit social content, and help tell the stories that bring our brands to life. You’ll contribute real work - content that goes live, campaigns that launch, and a capstone project that strengthens brand visibility and engagement. What You’ll Learn & Do - Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy - Learn PM’s brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across lifestyle and independent hotels. - Assist in shaping property-level narratives that highlight experience, place, and personality. - Translate brand strategy into compelling, platform-ready content. - Portfolio Travel & On-Property Content Creation - Travel with Area Marketing Managers to hotels across the portfolio. - Capture short-form video, photography, and behind-the-scenes moments. - Identify authentic stories—from team culture to guest experiences—that resonate online. - Social Media Content Creation & Editing - Compile, edit, and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and static posts using brand guidelines. - Build content libraries for properties to use beyond your visits. - Campaign Support & Activation - Support seasonal campaigns, openings, promotions, and brand initiatives. - Assist with content calendars and campaign rollouts at the property level. - Help ensure consistency across messaging, visuals, and tone. - Digital Presence & Performance Insights - Review social media and digital performance metrics to understand what’s working. - Help summarize engagement insights and content trends for marketing leaders. - Assist in refining content strategy based on audience response and platform trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Operations, Brand Performance, and property teams to align storytelling with the guest experience. - Collaborate with People + Culture on employer-brand and culture-forward content. - Contribute to creative projects that elevate PM’s marketing presence across channels. Qualifications - Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field. - Passionate about storytelling, social media, and brand-building. - Comfortable behind the camera and in the edit timeline. - Organized, curious, and confident working with leaders and hotel teams. - Preferred: Experience with content editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) and social platforms.
