• Create eye-catching video ads, visuals, and motion graphics for global mobile game campaigns. • Collaborate closely with the publishing and growth teams to understand game dynamics and produce the best-performing creatives. • Analyze creative performance data and derive actionable insights to improve future content. • Follow mobile gaming and social media trends to generate new and relevant ideas. • Work with the creative team to produce visuals for branding, social media, and events. • Understand and empathize with different player audiences to craft engaging visual stories.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to effectively use AI-powered tools in marketing creative workflows and asset production.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Artist or in a similar creative role within the gaming industry.
  • Experience in motion design and video editing.
  • Unity knowledge, especially for creating and editing in-game scenes for marketing purposes.
  • Experience with animation or motion design for games.
  • Awareness of performance marketing metrics and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Passion for mobile games and creative marketing.
  • Curiosity about why some creatives work—and why others don’t.

The Summer 2026 Marketing & Brand Storytelling Intern will join PM’s Support Center for a 9-week immersive experience at the intersection of brand strategy, digital storytelling, social media, and on-property activation. This internship is hands-on and portfolio-facing. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and Area Marketing Managers, travel to hotels across the portfolio, capture and edit social content, and help tell the stories that bring our brands to life. You’ll contribute real work - content that goes live, campaigns that launch, and a capstone project that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.
