Role Description What We Are Looking For: - Availability: Able to commit to 3-5 days per week. - C# Foundations: Solid understanding of C# basics and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) logic (you don't need to be an expert, but you should know the core concepts). - Unity Familiarity: Basic experience with the Unity Editor (navigating the scene, working with Prefabs, and simple Physics). - Passion for Learning: A strong desire to move from "making things work" to "making things work well." - AI Enthusiast: Curiosity about using AI tools (like Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to assist your coding process and enhance your workflow. - Team Player: Good communication skills and an interest in how games are built in a professional team environment. • Manage and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and major ad networks (Applovin, Unity, IronSource, Mintegral, etc.). • Keep a close eye on daily performance to hit our CPI and ROAS targets by adjusting bids and budgets. • Work hand-in-hand with the creative team; brainstorming new ad concepts and providing feedback based on performance data. • Run A/B tests on everything from ad creatives to store assets to improve conversion and lower costs. • Help out with ASO—collaborating on keyword research and store page updates to ensure paid and organic growth work in sync. • Regularly track and report on key metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, and LTV. • Stay on top of what competitors are doing and monitor market trends to catch new growth opportunities. • Handle the technical side of things, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution through Adjust.

• Create eye-catching video ads, visuals, and motion graphics for global mobile game campaigns. • Collaborate closely with the publishing and growth teams to understand game dynamics and produce the best-performing creatives. • Analyze creative performance data and derive actionable insights to improve future content. • Follow mobile gaming and social media trends to generate new and relevant ideas. • Work with the creative team to produce visuals for branding, social media, and events. • Understand and empathize with different player audiences to craft engaging visual stories.
• Collaborate with different departments such as art, development, and product teams • Generate Hybrid-Casual game ideas and contribute to early product concepts • Structure and monitor product progress through roadmap creation and project tracking • Use AI-powered tools to support workflows such as ideation, analysis, documentation, and productivity
