Google Ads Specialist – DTC eCommerce

• Own and scale **Google Ads and/or Bing Ads** accounts for DTC eCommerce campaigns • Build, optimise, and iterate on **Performance Max (P-Max)** campaigns with clear ROAS targets • Launch and manage **Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns** to support upper and mid-funnel growth • Monitor and optimize performance against **CAC and ROAS benchmarks** • Analyze attribution and performance using tools such as **Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and GA4** • Translate performance data into actionable insights using **Excel or Google Sheets** • Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to improve ad performance • Create clear reporting and **data visualizations** for stakeholders • Continuously test audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel structures
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience for DTC eCommerce brands**
- Proven experience managing **Performance Max (P-Max)** campaigns
- Strong understanding of **CAC, ROAS, and profitability-focused growth**
- Experience with **Demand Gen, YouTube, or full-funnel paid media strategies**
- Working knowledge of **Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and/or GA4**
- Advanced proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets**
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in **data analysis and visualization**
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with **Bing Ads**
- Background working with high-spend DTC ad accounts ($50k+/month)
- CRO or landing page optimisation exposure

• Support multi-channel advertising strategy focusing on growing product awareness and sales • Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns on Amazon and other eCommerce sites • Manage established campaigns while offering improvement suggestions and outline new strategies • Understand and manage automation tools to adjust bids daily, weekly, etc. as well as adding and removing products from campaigns based on performance and/or profitability • Maintain, analyze and report on a monthly KPI spend/sales report by category and brand along with profitability • Formulate detailed ad performance reports and frequently update leadership on performance • Build and maintain rapport with multiple internal and external partners by attending regularly scheduled meetings and providing performance reports • Conduct keyword research, analysis and keyword expansion including negative keywords to improve spend efficiency • Collaborate with Merchandising departments on strategies such as new product launches, promoting new digital assets etc. • Conduct A/B testing on different ad strategies such as product/category targeting versus audience targeting • Perform market research, including competitive practices on various websites • Keep up to date with the latest marketing tools available through all relevant eCommerce platforms
• Regularly update our Magento installation • Install security patches. • Develop new functionality. • Implement front-end changes. • Meeting with the design team to discuss the needs of the company. • Building and configuring Magento 1x and 2x eCommerce websites • Coding of the Magento templates • Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices • Designing themes and interfaces • Setting performance tasks and goals • Troubleshooting integration issues • Updating website features and security patches
