eCommerce Advertising Specialist
Ferguson
• Support multi-channel advertising strategy focusing on growing product awareness and sales • Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns on Amazon and other eCommerce sites • Manage established campaigns while offering improvement suggestions and outline new strategies • Understand and manage automation tools to adjust bids daily, weekly, etc. as well as adding and removing products from campaigns based on performance and/or profitability • Maintain, analyze and report on a monthly KPI spend/sales report by category and brand along with profitability • Formulate detailed ad performance reports and frequently update leadership on performance • Build and maintain rapport with multiple internal and external partners by attending regularly scheduled meetings and providing performance reports • Conduct keyword research, analysis and keyword expansion including negative keywords to improve spend efficiency • Collaborate with Merchandising departments on strategies such as new product launches, promoting new digital assets etc. • Conduct A/B testing on different ad strategies such as product/category targeting versus audience targeting • Perform market research, including competitive practices on various websites • Keep up to date with the latest marketing tools available through all relevant eCommerce platforms
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital campaign marketing with preference given to Amazon advertising
- Strong proficiency in various digital marketing metrics and ROI analysis
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database
- Ability to learn, or has experience using retail media multi-channel marketing platforms
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to learn and use database software (SQL preferred)
- Ability to learn and use BI software
- Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related degree is preferred
