• Strengthen vendor partnerships and streamline production terms • Manage vendor commercial terms (MOQ, FOB, lead time, payments) • Track and validate production, QC reports, and certifications • Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation and negotiation records • Coordinate and monitor factory allocation, performance KPIs, and compliance • Support cost benchmarking, quote comparison, and negotiation prep • Oversee product development alignment with PD and QA teams • Implement WIP (Work-in-Progress) tracking and performance dashboards • Drive sourcing efficiency, data visibility, and risk assessment improvements • Ensure on-time, quality delivery across factories and vendors • Support IPO readiness through compliance and certification management
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and strong written/spoken English
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel/beauty)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and skilled in follow-up
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic dashboards
- Confident communicator with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration (PD, QA, Operations) is a plus
- Knowledge of vendor compliance and onboarding is a plus
- Exposure to Factory Allocation and Vendor Performance Management systems is a plus
- Proven ability to identify and solve operational inefficiencies is a plus

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Contract Management, to lead the negotiation, review, and lifecycle management of contracts across our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment, strong leadership in implementing technology-driven contract solutions, and hands-on expertise in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize contract workflows. This role is critical to ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment in all contracting activities. Core Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions Contract Lifecycle Management Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, storing, and monitoring of contracts . Help build and maintain contract templates and standard clauses to ensure consistency and legal compliance . Manage 3rd party sourcing of critical products & services for the FoC, template development for Request for Proposals (RFPs), and final vendor due diligence, scoring and general selection support. Manage various external Legal relationships and consult with appropriate legal counsel on complex contractual terms or language modifications. Develop, document and implement the FoC's contract administration related policies & procedures. Manage contract onboarding and termination processes. Partner with Business Owners in monitoring & assessing the performance of the FoC’s key/critical Vendors and ensuring adherence to SLA’s and other contractual conditions (insurance coverages, security provisions, employee screenings etc.). System Implementation & Optimization: Lead or support the deployment and ongoing management of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system . Drive adoption, training, and process redesign around CLM technology . AI & Automation Utilize AI-based contract review to identify risks, flag anomalies, and accelerate contract review. Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve AI model performance and usability in contract review . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Legal, Finance, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders .
