Procurement Manager, Analytics

• Support daily procurement operations, ensuring requests are processed accurately, on time, and in line with established policies and workflows. • Support the Mexico City procurement team by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and coaching team members for consistent execution. • Build and maintain regular operational reporting and “weather reports” to highlight strengths, gaps, risks, and trends in procurement operations. • Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities to standardize processes, automate manual steps, or shift work to BPO partners in India. • Act as a key coordination point between the CDMX team, other procurement managers, AP leadership, and BPO teams to ensure clarity and follow-through. • Bring a highly customer centric approach to resolving issues. • Thrive in a super fast paced environment. • Influence, educate and manage internal key stakeholders on best practices for purchasing towards long term solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or operational roles with exposure to data analysis or reporting.
  • Experience leading or managing teams, ideally in a regional or shared-services environment.
  • Comfortable using data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Hands-on experience working with procurement or finance systems (must-have: Coupa, NetSuite; optional: Zip or similar tools).
  • Excellent written and oral communicator, with strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to operate as a team player.
