• Lead the strategic sourcing process for nonproduct Facilities OSC-led categories • Manage and execute enterprise-wide/corporate level RFPs/RRQs and contracts for multi-year global category strategies • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance • Support external market analyses, identify trends, cost drivers, and innovation opportunities • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex sourcing decisions and supplier transitions • Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field in operations
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Procurement or Category Management or an advanced degree and minimum 7 years relevant experience in Facilities, Procurement or Category Management
- Demonstrated success leading RFPs and negotiating large-scale contracts, preferably in a multinational environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
