• Provide informed, practical insight into where talent can be realistically sourced, sustained and scaled across international markets for: • Clinical: Nurse Practitioners, Doctors • Pharmacy: Pharmacists and pharmacy operations roles • Fulfilment / Logistics: Warehouse operatives, supervisors and site leadership • Advise on country-specific workforce behaviours relevant to site-based operations, including: • Appetite for shift-based work (nights, weekends, rotating patterns) • Expectations around flexibility, overtime and scheduling • Cultural differences between regulated healthcare and logistics workforces • Factors impacting attraction, engagement and retention in physical, on-site environments • Share insight into organised labour and professional representation across markets, including: • Relevant unions and professional bodies for: • Clinical and pharmacy staff • Fulfilment and warehouse workforces • Provide market-informed pay guidance across international markets for: • Nurse Practitioners • Doctors • Pharmacists • Warehouse and fulfilment roles • Including: Typical pay ranges and regional variance within countries • Shift premiums and unsocial hours norms • Market pressure points that materially impact hiring, retention and site viability
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in the recruitment or workforce advisory space, operating at a senior or strategic advisory level
- Demonstrated experience across both permanent and contractor models
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and labour market dynamics, ideally across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven experience within regulated clinical recruitment markets
- Proven experience within logistics / fulfilment environments, particularly warehouse-based operations
- Experience supporting international expansion, market entry or multi-country operations
- Experience advising senior operational leaders (e.g. COO, Operations, Clinical Leadership) on workforce feasibility and risk

• Drives overall operations of the region, including personnel management, equipment maintenance and repair, rental performance of the fleet, Home Depot store and associate relationships, equipment delivery, revenue and expense control, and any other key performance areas as defined by the Regional Rental Manager or Divisional Leader. • Supports Regional Rental Manager with the hiring and training of support staff. • Evaluate operational success through the lens of taking care of our customers. • Manages equipment maintenance and repair for the region, ensuring that all fleet in assigned stores is properly maintained to maximize the rental-readiness and utilization of the equipment. • Promotes a safety culture through appropriate training, positive behaviors, communication and decisions. • Manages operational compliance of all tech work performed in the region, including store inspections, lift inspections, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment deliveries, and new equipment deployment.
• Daily order entry, order scheduling, and post-shipment processing by region, team, sales representative, and/or market • Regularly collaborate cross-departmentally to support the Sales function • High-level administrative and critical-thinking tasks, including updating and entering data across multiple platforms • Assisting with account management for multi-site accounts • Vetting clinician information and setting up account-specific report delivery preferences for healthcare facilities • Managing sensitive information while complying with HIPAA’s minimum requirement • Daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting as required by leadership
