Senior Manager, Ad Operations

• Set the operating vision, structure, and performance bar for Ad Operations. • Lead a multi-tiered organization of strategic operators, driving deep organizational planning. • Partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, sales, and compliance teams to drive high quality scaled operations. • Report into the Director, Ads Platform on the Ads Platform team.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience driving scaled platform operations in fast-growing organizations, with 4+ years of direct people management experience.
- Experience working directly with product teams to define the roadmap for operations tooling.
- Excellent problem solver capable of diving into complex cross-functional problems with competing tradeoffs and crafting thoughtful solutions.
- Strong data fluency, including the ability to independently analyze performance in SQL and partner with Analytics using tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Looker to drive decisions.
