• Own complex sales cycles with independent mortgage banks, banks, credit unions, and other mortgage lending organizations, typically involving multiple executive and operational stakeholders • Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outbound, relationship development, events, referrals, and account-based prospecting • Understand each lender's origination model, operational workflows, technology stack, pain points, and business priorities before positioning a solution • Sell across our company's technology and services portfolio, including SaaS, automation, fulfillment, and related mortgage solutions • Build credibility with senior leaders and translate our value into business outcomes around efficiency, conversion, cost, scalability, and customer experience • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product while owning the customer narrative and ensuring demos are tailored to the prospect's actual workflows and priorities • Build and manage a focused target account list, identify whitespace, develop champions, and nurture long-cycle opportunities with discipline • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and in-market meetings with prospects and customers
• Facilitate the completion of loan applications and coordinate collection of documentation including credit reports, run DU/LP/AUS, prepare loan files for processing, and send closing cost worksheets to borrowers. • Serve as a primary point of contact coordinating discussions between the Loan Originator, referral partners, and clients throughout the full lifecycle of the loan process. • Promote Envoy's products to Real Estate Agents, home buyers, and referral sources while tracking and managing follow-ups consistently. • Assist Loan Processors with putting scenarios together for prospective clients by researching client scenarios against underwriting and investor guidelines. • Manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans along with 203K and reverse mortgage products. • Request and gather relevant information and documents from borrowers to complete loan applications, structure, and all required disclosures. • Enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and assign to the appropriate Originator or LOA. • Review all loan package paperwork for inconsistencies, omissions, and inaccurate income calculations, reporting any errors to the Originator immediately. • Call and obtain conditions from borrowers and Realtors to clear conditions as necessary, keeping transactions moving toward close. • Monitor loan progress and communicate effectively with borrowers and all transaction parties on status updates throughout the process. • Research investor guidelines and stay current on program changes that affect processing or originating of loans in the pipeline. • Communicate loan approvals by sending pre-approval and commitment letters to all parties involved in the transaction. • Coordinate closing details with clients including final payment, rate, and cash to close figures. • Review all closing statements and compare to signed loan estimate worksheets before signings, correcting any discrepancies. • Review, create, and deliver disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers and document all required receipts. • Facilitate timely closings by working directly with the Title Company and client to schedule and confirm all closing logistics. • Order appraisals and third-party services including VOE, Title, certifications, and related documents to create complete loan packages for processing. • Develop a complete working knowledge of Envoy's products, systems, competitive advantages, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in partnership with the Client and the leadership team. • Plan and execute successful events including, but not limited to, trade shows, conferences, open houses, customer loyalty and recognition events, speaking engagements, etc. • Develop and improve marketing collaterals whether for printing or social online networking. This includes designing graphics and editing videos. • Manage the Client’s online presence including social media platforms and business websites. • Leverage marketing analytics to provide insights for reaching new customers. • Oversee and manage other marketing related activities.
• Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including lead generation and database management • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for executive leadership and operational teams. • Build and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX. • Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility into key business metrics and reduce manual reporting efforts. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms. • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Analyze operational, sales, customer, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations. • Develop KPIs and performance scorecards aligned with organizational goals. • Work with multiple data sources, including CRM systems, loan origination systems, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms. • Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation activities. • Partner with technical teams to improve data architecture and reporting processes. • Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and business stakeholders. • Train users on dashboard utilization and data interpretation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve business processes. • Recommend solutions that leverage data and technology to enhance operational efficiency. • Stay current on Power BI features, data analytics trends, and business intelligence best practices.
• Partner with Disclosure Desk Manager, originators, and operations leadership to ensure loan disclosures are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time • Serve as the primary point of contact for disclosure-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed • Audit files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance before sending initial disclosures and Loan Estimates • Prepare Loan Estimates (LE), confirm fees and pricing are accurate, and release to borrowers via e-Sign • Send disclosures in a timely manner and track outstanding disclosures via e-sign portal or paper fulfillment • Identify odd or missing fee amounts prior to disclosure and contact originators to resolve missing data before release • Update the LOS to document that disclosures were generated and provided to the consumer • Review fee changes to determine compliance with TRID changed circumstance and tolerance requirements • Monitor Change of Circumstance (COC) requests and ensure re-disclosures and COC notices are issued within required timeframes • Prepare daily pipeline status reports for operations, compliance, and senior management as needed • Develop and maintain working knowledge of new or amended statutes and regulations relevant to mortgage lending • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all loan applicant information • Other duties as assigned

• Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including transaction and database management • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact through closing • Prepare all pre-listing materials and obtain essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures • Input all listing information on MLS and marketing websites, and submit necessary documentation to the office broker • Coordinate with third parties such as title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs all the way to completion • Submit all necessary documentation for file compliance and update the client database system • Conduct 30-60-90 days customer follow-up to assist with any home improvements, gather referrals, or perform circle prospecting
