W h at you’ll be doing As an Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Investran and similar applications, ensuring its smooth operation and integration with other business systems. You will work closely with various departments, including product management, business stakeholders, portfolio management and peer technology teams, to support and enhance the use of the Investran platform across the organization. As an Application Specialist within the Information Technology department your primary responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting the Investran application, ensuring it meets business requirements and operates efficiently;

• Work with business units to understand how they use existing applications and capture basic requirements. • Support the deployment of new cloud and SaaS applications within Microsoft 365 and other vendor platforms. • Assist with configuring single sign-on (SSO) and document setup steps and support procedures. • Help maintain and update software across datacenter and cloud environments, using tools like Intune or SCCM. • Coordinate with software vendors to support application needs and resolve issues. • Participate in discussions about improving performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. • Contribute to team tasks related to application deployment, desktop/virtual desktop engineering, and mobile device management. • Create operational and support documentation. • Troubleshoot application-related issues and work with senior engineers to resolve complex problems. • Learn and apply basic Active Directory or Entra ID concepts, including Conditional Access policies.

• Deliver technical support to customers during design, validation, and production stages. • Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and applications. • Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews to ensure successful design integration. • Identify new business opportunities and assist sales with technical presentations. • Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and roadmap alignment. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
