• Deliver technical support to customers during design, validation, and production stages. • Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities and applications. • Conduct schematic and PCB layout reviews to ensure successful design integration. • Identify new business opportunities and assist sales with technical presentations. • Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and roadmap alignment. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

• Engage with customers (data center operators, facility engineers, IT architects) early in the sales cycle to gather detailed technical requirements for cooling and power. • Analyze factors like current rack densities, heat loads, facility water loop parameters, and redundancy needs. • Translate requirements into specific product configurations and part numbers. • Assist customers in selecting the right models of coolant distribution units, rack manifolds, heat exchangers, and intelligent PDUs. • Prepare the technical content for proposals and bids. • Act as the go-to technical advisor for both the customer and internal sales throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide training or detailed explanations to customer’s thermal engineers and operations staff on how the HDLC system operates and should be maintained.

• Acting as a brand expert to drive commercial development within the assigned territory • Work with engineering offices on the specifications of the brand’s products • Collaborate closely with all sales teams within the cluster • Supporting pre-project teams from the beginning of the sales cycle with clients to understand the environment and constraints • Capture all technical, quality, and production requirements • Work closely with the engineering department to define customized solutions when requested • Build commercial offers based on the defined technical solution • Present and defend technical and commercial proposals • Ensure a consultative approach to customers on product use and implementation • Ensure project follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction • Organize customer visits and conduct commercial actions with prospects and customers • Proactively propose ideas regarding customer projects, designs, and offers.

• Design & Architecture: You will be the primary security voice in design reviews. You will perform threat modeling on new features, identifying architectural risks before a single line of code is written. • Code-Level Security: You will actively review Pull Requests and conduct deep-dive code audits. You won't just run scanners; you will manually analyze logic in our code to find complex flaws that automated tools miss. • Vulnerability Remediation: Unlike traditional security roles that only "report" bugs, you will help fix them. You will triage findings from our tooling and write production-ready patches to resolve vulnerabilities. • Secure Software Supply Chain: You will oversee the integrity of our build dependencies, ensuring that the open-source libraries we import (and the tools we use to build them) are secure. • Triage and fix security alerts from tools like Grype, Cycode, and Wiz. • Implement code fixes for security tech-debt across our stack. • Conduct Threat Modeling sessions for upcoming epics and features in our two-week sprint cycles. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Kubernetes security primitives (RBAC, unprivileged containers, network policies) for the engineering team, owning metrics and definition of success, share best practices through workshops, reviews, and documentation. • Lead audits, incidents, and compliance reviews representing the engineering team with the wider security community in Veeam.
