Würk is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to build the automation and optimizations needed to scale full-funnel pipeline growth across new industries and enterprise markets. This hybrid role blends marketing operations, growth marketing, marketing automation, CRO, analytics, and campaign execution to accelerate measurable revenue impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is ideal for a data-driven marketer capable of building sophisticated systems, while producing high-quality growth programs. Responsibilities Vertical & Enterprise Marketing - Develop keyword-optimized industry-specific landing pages and enterprise-ready product positioning - Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, improve conversion rate and nurturing throughout long sales cycles Marketing Automation, Email & Lifecycle Nurture - Build and manage HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and segmentation - Create targeted, persona-based vertical nurture sequences for enterprise and mid-market audiences - Execute automated product, feature, onboarding, retention, and upsell campaigns Analytics, Reporting & Attribution - Own GA4, Looker Studio dashboards, UTMs, and attribution modeling frameworks - Ensure accurate source tracking, funnel integrity, and ROI visibility across channels - Deliver monthly reporting on pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, and marketing performance Cross-Departmental Support - Partner with Sales to optimize pipeline velocity, lead scoring accuracy and lead nurturing sequences - Support Customer Success with automated email sequences for client communications and retention - Collaborating with Product Team to create product marketing sequences to current clients and prospects - Collaborating with Partnerships through email lead nurture, content development, Salesforce dashboard reporting & analysis SEO, Content & Conversion Optimization - Conduct regular keyword analysis to ensure SEO best practices and content optimizations across the website are consistent - Improve conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, call-to-action optimization, and analytics insights.
