Job Description
Field Marketing Manager
Wiz
• Sales Interlock: Act as a high-touch business partner to Sales. You don't just "support" sales; you challenge and refine their territory plans with data-driven marketing tactics. • Regional GTM Execution: Design and deploy integrated field plans tailored to the unique cultural and procurement nuances in the region. This includes localizing the Wiz voice without losing its "disruptor" edge. • Precision ABM: Lead 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing programs for the region’s largest logos, ensuring 100% alignment between marketing spend and the Sales Target Account List (TAL). • High-Impact Channel Marketing: SEUR is a partner-led market. You will develop "Wiz + Partner" marketing plays that leverage the local ecosystem to accelerate trust and pipeline. • Full-Stack Event Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of flagship summits, executive roundtables, and technical workshops. We prioritize high-conversion, intimate experiences over generic "booth-scanning" exercises. • Pipeline Operations & Velocity: Partner with Marketing Ops and BDRs to ensure zero lead leakage. You will monitor MQL-to-SQL velocity and step in to optimize the follow-up process when things stall. • Data-Driven Optimization: Use Salesforce and Looker to audit your own performance. You should be the first to know which campaigns are "hidden gems" and which are "money pits."
Job Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A “get-it-done” attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
Benefits
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Wiz is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, genetic information, political views or activity, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
