Senior Customer Success and Onboarding Manager

Role Description As a Senior Customer Success and Onboarding Manager, you will play a key customer-facing role at Eskimo Software, responsible for: - Client Onboarding & Training - Travel to new dealership clients across Ireland and Northern Ireland to deliver onsite, in-person system training. - Train all relevant stakeholders at each dealership on how to effectively use our CRM platform, tailoring delivery to suit varying levels of technical ability. - Ensure every new client feels confident and equipped to get the most out of our software from day one. - Account Management - Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts, building strong and trusted relationships with key contacts. - Conduct regular check-ins to monitor satisfaction, identify & proactively address concerns, and escalate technical or product issues where appropriate. - Identify accounts at risk of churn and implement retention strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sales. - Training Materials & Knowledge Resources - Develop and maintain high-quality training materials including user guides, how-to documents, video walkthroughs, and FAQs. - Continuously review and update training content to reflect product updates and evolving client needs. - Contribute to the improvement of onboarding processes based on feedback gathered from clients. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar customer success, account management or training role. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — confident presenting to groups and building rapport with people at all levels. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment. - A genuine passion for delivering great client experiences. - A full, clean driving licence — nationwide travel is a core requirement of this role. Requirements - Experience working within or alongside the automotive sector (advantage). - Familiarity with CRM or SaaS platforms, either as a user or in a training/support capacity (advantage). - Experience creating digital training content or e-learning materials (advantage). Senior .Net Engineer - Eskimo Software

With over 220 customers in Ireland and the UK we enable car dealers to manage, analyse and convert leads across the entire journey. What you will be doing As an Eskimo Software Engineer, you will work as part of a small, tightknit technical team which includes other developers, product designers and directly with management where required. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider Distilled Engineering Team and leverage the wider group's scale and experience to build the best possible software solutions. Talented, motivated developers with a keen interest in how the product they are building works for its users has been key to Eskimo’s success. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a high level of autonomy and will have the ability to influence both product direction and implementation approach. *This is a remote-first position within Ireland. • As Marketing Manager, own and deliver the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for estate agents across Ireland. • Enable the sales team through targeted marketing support, coaching materials, and collateral to support sustainable growth. • Develop and maintain all sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling content. • Support and scale agent partnerships that reinforce long-term value creation. • Lead peer-to-peer marketing, telling compelling stories around vendor funding and showcasing agent success. • Own all agent communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with agent needs and expectations. • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product rollouts, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and commercial impact. • Gather and embed agent insights into marketing, product and commercial strategy.
