• Accompagner méthodologiquement les entités dans leur création de leur PCA métier ou de site • Accompagner le pôle dans l’adaptation des procédures dans une optique de certification ISO 22301

• Own portfolio-level integration delivery and decision-making by holding end-to-end accountability for delivery across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions. • Serve as the senior escalation point for integration risks, timeline changes, and execution tradeoffs across the portfolio. • Lead and manage Program Managers focused on day-to-day integration execution. • Define and enforce portfolio-wide standards for integration planning, readiness validation, and delivery cadence. • Partner with Corporate Development during diligence and pre-close planning to identify integration risks, dependencies, and resourcing implications.

• Work with VIP clients: • Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world; • Formation of a commercial offer to the client; • Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request; • Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers; • Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple workstreams. • Coordinate manual and automated testing activities for ERP systems and integrated tools. • Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing. • Lead internal and external test teams in global, cross-functional projects. • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation. • Serve as the main contact for business and technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on testing activities. • Manage defect triage and support audits to ensure compliance and product quality.
