• Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple workstreams. • Coordinate manual and automated testing activities for ERP systems and integrated tools. • Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing. • Lead internal and external test teams in global, cross-functional projects. • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation. • Serve as the main contact for business and technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on testing activities. • Manage defect triage and support audits to ensure compliance and product quality.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven background in software quality and test management within large-scale IT programs.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, SAP Solution Manager).
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, metrics, and project management principles.
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Project Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate complex project activities, driving alignment among diverse stakeholders without direct disciplinary management responsibilities.
  • Language & Certification: Fluency in English; ISTQB® certification and automotive industry knowledge are a plus.
