• Implementation and development of the passenger information system on dynamic information displays across all passenger areas (rolling stock, station entrances, stations, etc.) • The primary mission is to adapt RATP’s passenger information system for new real-time dynamic information media (excluding mobile phones and websites). • Technological advances and the modernization of the transport network introduce new features that must be integrated into passenger journey flows. • RATP’s signage graphic charter and usage principles must be applied to these new tools. • Information screens in rolling stock, at station and station entrance points, management of waiting times on platforms and in stations, display of train services, etc. • All these new media (under development and/or to be developed) must be integrated into passenger areas to complement fixed and map-based information. • In addition to the RATP signage guidelines, new HMI and animation usages should enhance the ergonomics of these new tools. • The design of imagery (symbols and icons), adherence to layout (construction grid) and staging (sequencing and animation) are essential to ensure better screen ergonomics. • The development of a new medium — including its functionality, graphic design, animation and spatial integration — must be validated through the preparation of reference documents that guarantee compliance with and transmission of the rules defined during design.
• Participate in creating the risk mapping for RATP Solutions Ville (RSV) and its subsidiaries, in collaboration with local correspondents from each subsidiary and the business lines (identification, assessment, etc.) • Organize and oversee the work required to establish local risk maps • Support the monitoring of action plans • Contribute to the development and execution of the internal control plan in collaboration with the various divisions (level 1 & 2) • Assist subsidiaries in translating controls to the local level and ensure their effective implementation • Ensure the reliability and quality of information • Contribute to the completion of level 2 controls • Support the adaptation and deployment of the RATP Group compliance program within RSV and its subsidiaries • Contribute to the monitoring of the register of processing activities • Help disseminate GDPR-related information within RSV • Promote a culture of risk and internal control through information and training activities for employees • Participate in and facilitate RSV and its subsidiaries’ thematic networks
• Handle litigation before the competent labor and social law tribunals • Collaborate with external law firms and other external partners to defend the Group’s interests • Draft legal documents (petitions, summonses, briefs, memos, notes, legal opinions, settlement agreements, disciplinary letters, letters addressed to the Labor Inspectorate or the Defender of Rights) • Advise management and Business Units on all labor and employment law matters • Monitor legal developments and analyze changes in legislation and case law • Support transformation projects, ensuring legal compliance • Oversee and support internal investigations • Organize and deliver training sessions for Business Units and management of the EPIC and the Group’s subsidiaries
