Key Account Supervisor, Personal Safety Division

• Leading all sales activity in assigned segment for core 3M PSD Solutions, implementing the Personal Safety Division Strategy, including portfolio and operational priorities • Coordination and implementation of all sales activities for a wide range of top quality innovative 3M PSD products and achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts within assigned territory • Driving high levels of customer engagement and collaboration across various functional teams and stakeholders within the customer's organization, leading to growth in account relationship, pipeline, and sales • Implementing core 3M PSD solutions in the customer's processes in close collaboration with application engineering and other internal 3M functional teams • Establishing the right 3M solutions and the path to success based on customer engagement, insights and deep process understanding • Support being part of the growing PSD Sales team, sharing success and learning from each other
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience in sales and key account management experience
- Previous experience in industrial market is preferred
- Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- High motivation and a self-starter mentality paired with a strong business acumen, analytical skills
- Advanced communication and prioritization skills with the ability to drive engagement/lead relationships and collaboration on multiple levels across many organizations
- Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment/ portfolio
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Team player with lots of energy
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities

Benefits
- Total Cash Compensation for this role consists of 70% base monthly salary and a quarterly Sales Incentive Plan (30%), which depends on individual sales performance
