HR Operations Specialist

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data within our HR system, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality. • Oversee various HR administration tasks, including drafting, completing, and organizing employees' and contractors’ agreements and addendums for different locations, and other essential HR paperwork. • Preparing monthly inputs for payroll calculations by local in-house and/or external outsourced payroll providers, including changes to the base pay, variables, and absence management with respect to the deadlines. • Administer benefits - both in kind and as a monetary reimbursement. • Be the point of contact and provide first-line support and partnership to Welltechers and advisory to other stakeholders, on matters related to contracts, onboarding/offboarding, absence policies, and local HR administration procedures. • Develop, update, and maintain Global policies and procedures in the field of HR Operations, with local specifics when necessary by law, for diverse audiences. • Administer and update our Confluence space, ensuring that HR operations policies and procedures are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and market practices, and the ability to apply.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
- Native in Ukrainian, and fully fluent in English.
- Excellent at problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail, structured logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
- Critical thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
- Comfortable using Workday, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, and task management tools.
- Fluent in Polish.
- Experience in maintaining military records.
- Experience in a global organization.
