Position Overview livingHR is seeking a high-performing, agency-experienced Legal & HR Executive Recruiter to join and help expand our growing Executive Search practice. This is a full-desk role requiring demonstrated success in: Recruiting lateral law firm partners and legal executives Placing General Counsel, CHROs/CPOs, and senior HR leaders Managing external client relationships Growing and sustaining a book of business You will operate as both a trusted search advisor and a revenue driver — building client relationships, leading retained and engaged searches, and delivering exceptional executive talent across the legal and HR landscape. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build something meaningful within a modern, human-centered firm. Core Responsibilities Executive Search Delivery Lead full-cycle retained and engaged executive searches for: General Counsel and Deputy GC roles CHROs, CPOs, and other senior HR executives C-level and enterprise leadership roles Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent landscape analysis. Develop compelling search strategies aligned to client business objectives. Deliver consultative guidance on compensation, law firm economics, partner portability, and executive assessment. Client Advisory & Account Management Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm leaders, corporate executives, and boards. Provide executive-level communication, search updates, and market insights. Business Development & Book of Business Growth Build, grow, and maintain a personal book of business. Identify and pursue new client opportunities within legal and HR executive markets. Leverage professional networks and industry relationships to generate revenue. Partner with livingHR leadership on go-to-market strategies and practice expansion. Meet and exceed individual revenue and placement goals. Candidate Experience & Relationship Building Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with high-performing legal and HR leaders. Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience. Serve as a trusted career advisor to executives navigating confidential transitions. Maintain accurate CRM documentation, search tracking, and revenue reporting.   • 7+ years of executive search experience in an agency or external search firm environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting:

Role Description The HRIS Manager serves as CorVel’s functional and strategic lead for Human Resources Information Systems.
