• Own daily inbox triage aligned with Founder standards • Draft high-quality responses reflecting tone, context, and judgment • Identify what requires Founder input vs. independent resolution • Maintain a live tracking system of commitments, action items, and deadlines • Monitor follow-ups across team members, vendors, and contractors • Provide concise daily/weekly executive briefs • Manage calendar thoughtfully • Protect focus time and reduce context switching • Translate high-level context from the Founder into structured execution plans • Identify bottlenecks early and escalate with proposed solutions • Help document key workflows when helpful • Gradual expansion from support role to execution partner
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years’ experience as Executive Assistant or similar high-trust role
- Direct experience supporting a Founder or C-level executive
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication
- Strong judgment and pattern recognition ability
- Experience tracking projects and driving follow-through
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity
- High discretion and confidentiality
- Experience working remotely
- Preferred background**
- Experience in lean startups or founder-led businesses
- Exposure to operational or project ownership
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools
- Background supporting executives in growth-stage environments
