BI Architect
Exavalu
• Develop and maintain the overall Power BI solution architecture, including data flow, ETL processes, and integration with Azure services or other data sources. • Build complex, efficient data models and write advanced DAX queries to enhance performance for large datasets. • Define and enforce security standards, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace permissions (RBAC) to protect sensitive data. • Monitor and optimize Power BI Service performance, including gateways and data refresh schedules. • Implement DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, version control, and workspace management.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI architecture and development
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Azure ecosystem
- Experience with Git, PowerShell, and data warehousing technologies
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Must be fluent in English.
