• The Customer Value Architect serves as a key partner to sales and customers, driving customer onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, activation, and platform value realization while minimizing churn and contraction. • Bridges the gap between the sale and delivered outcomes, ensuring customers maximize their security investment while growing their relationship with CrowdStrike. • Delivers tailored, high-impact value proposals to prospective and existing accounts, and post-investment Executive Business Reviews that address our clients' unique cybersecurity needs. • Onboards new customers and works closely with our sales team and technical experts, supporting overall Customer success. • This role supports our LATAM accounts and will require fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese in written and verbal communication. Expect up to 40% travel.

• Supports growth through co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts with strategic technology partners • Must have expertise in AWS and knowledge of at least one of Databricks, Microsoft, or Google • Works closely with Partner Managers, Account Managers, Solution Architects, and technical teams to execute co-sell initiatives • Helps advance joint pipeline opportunities and coordinates QBRs and joint marketing activities • Represents Wavicle at select partner events and conferences as needed

• Architect, configure, and optimize Workday Benefits plans including health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary programs across worker populations • Design complex eligibility rules, coverage targets, life event processing, and payroll deduction configurations • Align benefits administration with Federal and Judiciary-specific requirements • Enable employee self-service for benefits enrollment and changes where appropriate • Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations (discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support) • Configure and manage carrier/vendor integrations and ensure accurate ACA and regulatory compliance reporting • Lead Open Enrollment strategy, configuration, testing, and deployment • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HCM, Absence, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment • Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations • Advise stakeholders on system design decisions and downstream impacts

• As a Principal Architect in the Service Provider Group (SPG), you will be the practice lead for one of the key Technology focus areas we specialize in. • The Principal Architect will be the Subject Matter Expert responsible for leading and mentoring teams of pre and post sales engineers. • Research, design and develop repeatable solutions to support applicable customer architecture needs • Be an escalation point for Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Work with internal management and strategy teams on development and delivery of relevant solution bundles • Engage applicable manufacturers and their engineering resources for design assistance and lab access • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to drive ePlus sales of applicable technology • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies • Maintain Major Routing vendor certifications (Cisco/Nokia/Juniper) • Work on achieving additional relevant certifications that would benefit the Architect role • Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation, and SOW preparation for complex multi-vendor solutions • Work with the Services Director and the National Practice Leads to develop standardized assessment, delivery and testing documentation to be used by ePlus nationally, for delivery of repeatable services • Serve the customer and account needs to ePlus standards • Perform additional relevant tasks, as required
