• Lead a team of Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation assistance, SOW assistance along with planning and designing solutions for complex multi-vendor solutions • Engage various manufacturers and their engineering resources for design assistance and lab access • Research, design and develop repeatable solutions for customer IT needs • Assist in building and hiring professional services team, within assigned region • Work with the Services Director to set training goals for each member of team • Manage technical development and team satisfaction of employees • Manage monthly internal training workshops for employees • Provide input to the Services Director on employee reviews • Assist the Services Director with resource management • Build and maintain manufacturer/vendor relationships • Be an escalation point for Engineers and Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Manage Quality Assurance (QA) of all projects within region • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies • Maintain multiple advanced manufacturer specific advanced certifications. i.e.: CCIE, CISSP, VCDX • Work with the Services Director and the National Practice Leads to develop standardized assessment, delivery and testing documentation to be used by ePlus nationally, for delivery of repeatable services • Continuing education of relevant certifications that would benefit the Lead Technical Architect role • Be available to meet customer IT needs and serve the Customer to ePlus’ standards
• Oversee projects with hardware involving logistics and services being conducted in the ePlus warehouses to ensure they are implemented smoothly, on-time, and on budget • Work closely and communicate with sales, services, and operations to stay abreast of all upcoming projects • Create, maintain, and monitor analysis of inbound/outbound forecast for ePlus warehouses • Communication as necessary with Inventory Control, Sales Order Changes and Returns and provide coordination assistance as needed. • Track and report warehouse activity levels • Work with warehouse and inventory control and if necessary, coordinate regular inventories and resolution of discrepancies • Report or follow up on shipping information for order invoicing • Point of contact for team inquiries and order status requests • Coordinate internal department coordination including external shipping carriers • Support customer-facing meetings • Work with customers to gather and inventory and shipping requirements, prioritize and develop schedules • Work with internal teams to ensure schedules are met. Communicate updates to customer in a timely manner. • Support ePlus financial objectives by forecasting project revenues monthly and analyzing variances; initiating corrective action

• Lead the annual compensation planning process and partner with HR leaders and senior management to ensure incentive programs align with the company’s philosophies and business goals. • Conduct in-depth analysis of current compensation programs to evaluate effectiveness, competitiveness, and model enhancements. Manages compensation reporting and analytics. • Perform benchmarking, job evaluation, and market pricing to support program design and decision-making. • Develop, implement, administer, and maintain plans, programs, policies, educational materials, and communications devised to support compensation initiatives across the organization. • Participate in the design and development of the executive compensation-related sections of the proxy. • Support compensation planning and budgeting efforts with the FP&A team. • Work closely with the company’s stock plan administrator to process annual stock grants and transactions related to withhold-to-cover. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of incentive compensation plans, payments, and related documentation. • Stay informed about compensation related regulatory, market, and practice changes and trends. • Prepare both standard and ad hoc Compensation Committee materials. • Manage the activities of the Compensation team. Coach, mentor and guide analysts responsible for plan calculations and modeling. • Partner with other corporate areas (e.g. Accounting, Tax, and Legal) to ensure full compliance of all compensation programs. • Conduct job family reviews and market pricing analysis to support organizational design and talent strategy. • Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to corporate policies and compliance requirements. • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
