• As the Manager of Media Relations, you will be responsible for creating and executing the company’s media relations and public relations strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels. • This hands-on role plays a critical part in shaping, activating, and promoting content and thought leadership that highlights the company’s expertise, services, solutions, and market leadership. • Working closely with the Director of Marketing Communications, internal business leaders and external partners, you will be responsible for liaising with members of the media to secure media interest in, and coverage of, ePlus solutions and services. • Develop target media lists and preferred media outlets relevant to ePlus and its solutions/services, including vertical targets. • Build and manage distribution lists for ePlus announcements. • Build relationships with business and industry media and secure earned coverage. • Help develop, distribute, promote and secure placement for ePlus content that supports thought leadership, brand differentiation, and industry credibility. • Create pitches based on strategic company priorities to secure interviews with ePlus executives and media coverage. • Research and stay abreast of editorial calendars of key media targets and manage pitch schedule in alignment. • Support executive and subject-matter expert visibility through bylines, speaking opportunities, and industry events. • Measure performance and optimize content and channel effectiveness. • Partner with internal stakeholders to amplify key campaigns, announcements and thought leadership. • Generate ideas for content such as blogs, articles, thought leadership and other market-facing content. • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and other content developers to source insights and support content creation as needed. • Help translate complex services, data, and perspectives into narratives and pitches for external audiences. • This position will be responsible for working effectively cross-department and cross-functionally to manage and coordinate interviews or media byline placements.

• The Senior HRIS Business Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, IT, and business leaders to improve processes, optimize technology solutions, and support strategic initiatives. • This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, managing system enhancements, supporting HR technology platforms, and delivering projects that improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and the employee experience.

• Monitor and analyze alerts from various security tools and respond to incidents accordingly. • Perform detailed forensic analysis and investigation into incidents and breaches. • Develop strategies and procedures for incident response and prevention. • Communicate complex security incidents and technical information to both technical and non-technical staff. • Create incident reports and maintain comprehensive documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during incident responses. • Conduct regular checks and audits to identify vulnerabilities or breaches. • Provide training to team members on incident response procedures. • Stay up to date on the latest information security trends and threat intelligence

• Design, deploy, and support NVIDIA DGX, HGX, or GPU-based systems within customer environments. • Install and configure GPU platforms, including drivers, firmware, and management tools • Configure high-speed networking (InfiniBand, Ethernet, VLANs) and validate performance • Provision compute nodes, configure OS images, and automate deployments • Implement and manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX) and hyperconverged infrastructure • Build and administer containerized platforms using Kubernetes (RKE, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE) • Integrate storage systems and ensure high-performance data access for workloads • Implement infrastructure automation and assist with configuration management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — networking, DevOps, storage, and application owners — to ensure smooth project delivery. • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across compute, network, and storage layers. • Provide technical leadership and documentation for customer deployments and internal delivery teams • Travel expected – <15 % - For customer design sessions and presentations.

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes-based platforms in production • Implement and manage automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning and operations • Administer and optimize VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) • Support infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking layers • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using automation tools • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and availability issues • Automate deployment workflows and operational tasks • Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams on solution design

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible and Terraform • Develop and maintain integration tools and scripts using Python • Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate systems and services • Contribute to open-source projects and maintain internal GitHub repositories • Collaborate with DevOps, platform, and development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate operational processes • Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability, scalability, and performance of automation systems

• Deliver technical support of Cisco Enterprise Collaboration System, in addition provide subject matter expertise on system integrations • Mentor and assist in the management, testing, implementation, and deployment of new and existing technologies as it pertains to Cisco Collaboration products and similar technologies, whether you are migrating from an on-boarding phase or managing an active production in a Managed Service Customer environment • Engage with the MSC Management team whenever possible to influence the quality and manageability of Technology Sector • Ensure that technical documentation is made available and maintained to effectively troubleshoot customer issues • Enhance or innovate more effective tools, automations, and processes that will assist the engineering community to more effectively solve customer problems in a shorter time period

• Coordinate the full staffing cycle from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team • Ensure all corporate policies, compliance requirements, and placement documentation are completed accurately and timely • Partner with sales teams and staffing partners nationwide to qualify, support, and fulfill staffing opportunities • Communicate directly with customers to help support understanding job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations • Conduct candidate pre-screening and technical qualification assessments with ePlus engineering staff • Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments • Build and strengthen customer relationships to help identify and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE • Participate in customer meetings and sales team meetings to promote and expand staffing services when needed • Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support reporting, tracking, and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.

• Lead a team of Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation assistance, SOW assistance along with planning and designing solutions for complex multi-vendor solutions • Lead Customer to modernize identity and access management systems and program • Automation knowledge of lifecycle account management systems • Research, design and develop repeatable IAM solutions for customer IT needs • Utilize technical vision and strategy plans to productize service and product offerings, creating high-value solutions • Expert knowledge of the following solutions; SailPoint, BeyondTrust, One Identity, CyberArk, Delinea, EntraID • Knowledge of Certificate Lifecycle Management and CA/Browser Forum mandate • Engage internal pre-sales engineering teams to identify and map new opportunities, facilitate issue resolution, and expedite solutions, providing frequent updates to Account Management and Engineering teams • Manage internal training workshops for employees • Assist in designing and architecting solutions tailored to customer requirements. Facilitate design architecture and conduct peer reviews with customers to ensure thorough documentation. • Assist the Services Director with resource management • Build and maintain manufacturer/vendor relationships • Be an escalation point for Engineers and Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Manage Quality Assurance (QA) of all projects • Meet with key IAM vendors to stay current on products and technologies • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards ie PCI, HIPAA, etc. • Continuing education of relevant certifications that would benefit the Lead Technical Architect role • Be available to meet customer IT needs and serve the Customer to ePlus’ standards
