• As a Principal Architect in the Service Provider Group (SPG), you will be the practice lead for one of the key Technology focus areas we specialize in. • The Principal Architect will be the Subject Matter Expert responsible for leading and mentoring teams of pre and post sales engineers. • Research, design and develop repeatable solutions to support applicable customer architecture needs • Be an escalation point for Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects • Work with internal management and strategy teams on development and delivery of relevant solution bundles • Engage applicable manufacturers and their engineering resources for design assistance and lab access • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to drive ePlus sales of applicable technology • Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies • Maintain Major Routing vendor certifications (Cisco/Nokia/Juniper) • Work on achieving additional relevant certifications that would benefit the Architect role • Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation, and SOW preparation for complex multi-vendor solutions • Work with the Services Director and the National Practice Leads to develop standardized assessment, delivery and testing documentation to be used by ePlus nationally, for delivery of repeatable services • Serve the customer and account needs to ePlus standards • Perform additional relevant tasks, as required

• Lead Integration Design: architect and design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion • Build System Architecture: develop scalable system architectures to solve complex technical problems • Configure iPaaS Solutions: implement and configure Workfront Fusion and other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io) • Strategic Consulting: facilitate high-level consulting sessions to translate complex business needs into robust integration architectures • Trusted Advising: act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies • Client Collaboration: partner with clients to understand their business needs • Testing & Deployment: support the development and execution of testing plans for integrations • Process Optimization: leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with technical, creative, and customer success teams

• Serve as a deep technical expert on Omni, solving customers’ most challenging data and architecture problems. • Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, from SMB to enterprise, balancing timelines, workstreams, and deliverables. • Act as the primary customer-facing technical contact, building strong, long-term relationships. • Take end-to-end ownership of project management and delivery: scope requirements, assign resources, and coordinate work across partners and customers. • Drive outcomes by managing consulting and delivery partners. • Define and document best practices and design patterns for Omni. • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction. • Create delightful customer experiences, build trust-filled advisory relationships, and help data teams succeed.

• Serve as a deep technical expert on Omni both internally & externally, solving our customers’ most challenging data and architecture problems. • Manage a dynamic portfolio of concurrent customer projects—ranging from SMB to enterprise engagements—balancing multiple timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. • Take end-to-end ownership of project management and delivery for your portfolio of engagements, including: scoping of requirements, assignment of resources, coordination of work across partners and customers • Achieve customer outcomes through managing and driving a portfolio of consulting and delivery partners • Define and document best practices and design patterns for the use of Omni • Partner with Omni’s Product, Design, and Engineering teams to provide user feedback, and guide product direction based on your experience with customers and partners. • Create delightful experiences for our customers.
