Job Requirements
- Completed qualification in HR is desirable (e.g., Business Administration with HR focus, personnel services, business psychology) – career changers welcome
- Digital interview skills – strong communication and confident presence in digital interviews

- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Passion for meaningful work and social projects
- Confident use of videoconferencing tools
- Intercultural competence and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Ability to accurately assess candidate suitability
- Excellent written and spoken German (at least C2) and French (at least C1)
