Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator
Epic Staffing Group
• Provide support for the coordination of recruitment projects and related services • Maintain candidate databases ensuring data accuracy • Review and update applicant profiles; create master profiles • Call candidate references and prepare reference forms • Assist with the preparation of pay packages and employment contracts • Process online license verifications • Uploading of documents into the ATS • Assist with candidate sourcing efforts for scarcity positions, as needed • Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide support across teams, assisting designated recruiters or groups as needed • Assist with the completion of special/ad hoc projects, as assigned • Prepare and submit candidates • Participate in the training of new employees and review of outputs, as assigned
Job Requirements
- One year of related experience or college degree
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job's impact to the organization
- Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role
- Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization
- Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question
- Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time
- Attend to the needs and expectations of customers
- Engage effectively in dialogue
