Procurement Analyst, Mid-level

Escale

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for materials and services • Develop, qualify/onboard and manage supplier relationships • Lead commercial negotiations focused on cost savings and improved contract terms • Analyze quotations, contracts, and supplier performance indicators (KPIs) • Support strategic sourcing projects and identify improvements in procurement workflows • Ensure compliance with Escale's internal policies • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and plan purchases intelligently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields)
  • Proven experience as a buyer or procurement analyst
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Excel (frequent use for analyses and reporting)
  • Proactive, organized, solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Facilities or Marketing procurement
  • Experience working in technology environments or scale-ups.
