• Define medium- and long-term technical and architectural drivers for the evolution of Escale's platforms and AI-First initiatives • Lead the architecture and evolution of scalable solutions focused on Artificial Intelligence, autonomous agents, intelligent automations and GenAI-based applications • Drive engineering decisions involving architecture, scalability, resilience, observability, performance and operational efficiency • Act cross-functionally supporting multiple teams with complex engineering, architecture and technology evolution challenges • Work hands-on building, coding and evolving critical solutions, ensuring practical implementation of the designed architectural patterns • Design resilient architectures for event processing, automations and critical business flows • Define technical standards and development best practices for distributed applications, integrations and event-driven systems • Lead architectural decisions involving backend, cloud infrastructure, observability, AI Engineering and distributed platforms • Actively contribute to the development of applications, integrations and strategic core-business components, maintaining close proximity to technical execution in code • Architect solutions on AWS considering performance, security, reliability, governance and cost efficiency • Translate the business's scale and volume challenges into high-performance architectures driven by data and Artificial Intelligence • Influence technical decisions and direction with Engineering and Product leadership • Establish practical guidelines for the evolution of applications based on LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents and generative AI ecosystems • Participate actively in the validation, deployment and evolution of production solutions, ensuring tight alignment between architectural design and real implementation • Raise the organization's technical maturity through engineering best practices, testing, documentation, observability and architectural quality • Serve as the primary technical and engineering reference in discussions related to architecture, AI Engineering, scalability and platform evolution

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with clients across Brazil, managing the sales journey from initial contact through to closing; • Identify customer needs through effective probing and recommend the best solution among available products; • Conduct clear, strategic negotiations, overcoming objections and pursuing high-quality conversions; • Work with a strong focus on targets and performance metrics, monitoring results and continuously striving for improvement; • Log and track interactions in the CRM, ensuring an organized portfolio and visibility of the sales funnel; • Collaborate with the team, sharing learnings and contributing to the collective improvement of results.
