• Build solid partnerships across all business units to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities and projects. • Steer cross-functional sourcing efforts and execute plans that align with business objectives. • Provide data-driven insights, market intelligence, and feedback to influence sourcing strategies and vendor engagements. • Advise all business units on best methods to achieve desired sourcing outcomes, with ability to clearly understand and articulate needs and successful outcomes. • Actively seek to improve procurement processes for agility and scalability. • Oversee change management initiatives required to implement process improvements effectively. • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal ongoing costs, service levels, long term value and risk mitigation. • Review, redline, and negotiate contractual agreements across all categories ensuring favorable terms and mitigating unnecessary risks. • Develop RFx documentation and plans and oversee assessment and selection as a result of comprehensive analysis, including in some cases build vs buy decisions. • Work with compliance teams for ShipBob’s SOX, GMP, GFSI, SOC II and other regulatory requirements. • Use data analytics, industry benchmarking and strategic sourcing methodologies to develop and execute sourcing strategies and identify savings and/or value adding opportunities. • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

• Overseeing and administering strategic sourcing endeavors for various departments. • Lead communication efforts to negotiate agreements with external stakeholders/suppliers. • Develop comprehensive short- and long-term strategies for each category of expenditure. • Conduct thorough risk analyses and develop robust mitigation plans. • Cultivate strong working relationships with department and business unit leadership.

• Conducting market assessments to evaluate supplier landscapes, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. • Partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to define requirements and align sourcing strategies with organizational needs. • Researching best practices in sourcing models, supplier relationship management, and category strategy development. • Assisting in the preparation and execution of complex negotiation planning with global suppliers. • Supporting the creation of category strategies that drive cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation for critical manufacturing and supply chain categories. • Delivering insights and recommendations to senior leaders based on data-driven analysis and benchmarking.

• Ensure quality of development samples and meet milestone dates according to the published product creation calendar • Maintain and track the commercialization timeline and additional reporting needs • Ensure T2 activities are carried out at the assigned factories with a focus on engineering for best productivity, product quality consistency, product integrity and performance • Accountable for all production related activities in the nominated vendor ensuring that production quality is being maintained to FTW standards • Ensures VF CSR standards are being maintained and continually elevated for the betterment of people and the planet • Conduct core related footwear activities around New Bottoms (TNs) / New Uppers / Color Ups • Confirm raw material and product testing meets Industry or brand standards before conducting Tech 2 trials. • Propose and implement ideas around cost savings, efficiency, automation and process & quality improvements • Conduct Tech 2 trials according to the SOP to confirm the manufacturing process • Confirm fit and wear testing is best in class and fit for purpose
