Sourcing Specialist

Catena

• Own the top-of-funnel talent discovery process • Identify, engage, and pre-qualify candidates • Build strong, ready-to-interview pipelines • Execute proactive sourcing, structured outreach • Manage disciplined pipeline management • Act as the talent discovery engine using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel outreach • Surface qualified candidates across global markets • Thrive in high-volume environments • Enjoy candidate engagement and deliver strong pipelines • Accelerate hiring timelines and improve candidate quality • Reduce recruiter workload through proactive sourcing and screening • Maintain organized, accurate candidate records in ATS • Track candidate progression and availability status • Align with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements • Provide weekly pipeline updates and sourcing metrics

Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience building pipelines independently
  • Strong execution in high-volume sourcing environments
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Strong candidate research and evaluation skills
  • Experience sourcing beyond job postings
  • Experience conducting structured screening calls
  • Sound judgment in pre-qualifying candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong candidate-facing presence and rapport-building skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
  • Advanced Google Workspace skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive, persistent, and self-directed
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Reliable EST/PST working-hour overlap
  • 3+ years in sourcing or recruiting roles (Preferred)
  • Experience hiring across PH, LATAM, or EMEA markets (Preferred)
  • Tech, finance, or operations sourcing exposure (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with sourcing automation tools (Preferred)
  • Data-driven sourcing optimization experience (Preferred)
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Portuguese) (Preferred)
