Job Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents (declarative and custom agents)
- Implement conversational flows, topics, orchestration, and generative answers
- Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other enterprise data sources.
- Improve agent quality using iterative tuning: conversation analytics, user feedback, and structured testing.
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate and related connectors
- Support secure configuration of authentication (OAuth, app registrations, API connections)
- Collaborate with governance and platform teams to align solutions with security and compliance standards
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud flows primarily; desktop flows a plus) to automate business processes.
- Create reusable components and patterns (approval workflows, notifications, routing, data updates, exception handling).
- Develop solutions that align with governance: environments, DLP considerations, solution packaging, and deployment practices.
- Contribute to documentation, technical design artifacts, and solution best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI and Microsoft ecosystem capabilities
- Technical & Business Skills**
- 1+ year of hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents (in a professional role).
- 4+ years Experience with Power Automate: building flows with triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
- 4+ Years Experience with Power Platform fundamentals:
- Environments and solutions
- Connectors and authentication patterns
- Understanding of governance concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360 or other AI Agents.
- Experience with Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive and related technologies experience
- Experience with Power BI for Data visualization only
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Eagerness to learn evolving AI technologies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Fabric for Measurement Metrics and historical trends would be a plus*

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team in Kraków. In this role, you will be a key technical contributor driving the reliability, scalability, and performance of our healthcare platform. You will design and build robust systems, develop automation and tooling, and apply strong software engineering principles to infrastructure challenges at scale. Working within a collaborative team, you will contribute to shaping the architecture of our AWS-based platform, own meaningful portions of our observability and deployment strategies, and help maintain a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
