Role Description We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team in Kraków. In this role, you will be a key technical contributor driving the reliability, scalability, and performance of our healthcare platform. You will design and build robust systems, develop automation and tooling, and apply strong software engineering principles to infrastructure challenges at scale. Working within a collaborative team, you will contribute to shaping the architecture of our AWS-based platform, own meaningful portions of our observability and deployment strategies, and help maintain a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure and services on AWS and Kubernetes, contributing to the architecture of self-healing systems. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to align SRE work with platform and business priorities. - Define and help drive adoption of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to maintain consistent performance and high reliability across the platform. - Own and improve observability using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and related tooling to provide deep visibility into system health. - Build and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform) and contribute to GitOps best practices across the team. - Participate in incident response and on-call rotation, including writing postmortems and driving long-term remediation efforts. - Support the growth of junior and mid-level SRE engineers through mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. - Contribute to the reliability roadmap for high-throughput, real-time systems in healthcare operations. - Drive continuous improvements in CI/CD pipelines, service ownership, chaos engineering, disaster recovery, and secure deployments. Qualifications - Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering. - Software engineering experience building production-grade systems (Java, Python, Go, or similar). - Solid track record working on high-traffic, mission-critical platforms in SaaS, IoT, or healthcare environments. - Strong expertise in cloud platforms (especially AWS), Kubernetes, and distributed system architecture. - Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, etc.). - Good knowledge of CI/CD automation, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD). - Experience participating in incident response and contributing to blameless postmortems. - Understanding of networking, access control, and security practices within regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2 awareness is a plus). - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and contribute to shared engineering standards. • As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, your skills in calculation and analysis will be called upon to support the aircraft programs in the capacity of static, fatigue, and damage tolerance stress specialist. • You will review, make recommendations, and provide final stress justification of reworks and repairs on defects produced on the airframe primary structure. • The rework acceptance will be based on equivalent strength capability and equivalent account stress levels. • Work closely with Design Engineers by providing timely stress substantiations • Engage with Stress engineering team to resolve key technical issues. • Document analysis of stress work files.

What You'll Do - Lead Civil3D modeling, coordination, and digital delivery for major civil and infrastructure projects. - Work closely with Manila production teams to guide modeling standards, answer technical questions, and ensure consistent quality. - Present models, findings, and constructability insights directly to clients in virtual coordination meetings. - Improve workflows, templates, QA/QC checks, and handoff structures that make global digital delivery run smoother. - Support Navisworks clash detection and cross-discipline coordination when Civil3D demand fluctuates. - Run sessions, track issues, and communicate resolution plans in clear, actionable ways. - Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives that strengthen team capability. - Explore and test AI-driven modeling or coordination tools to boost accuracy and efficiency. Compensation and featured benefits: - The pay for this position is $85,000 – $95,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience - Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. • Serve as a technical overlay to CSEs and CSSs, providing specialized expertise when advanced product or domain depth is required. • Lead solution design reviews, customer readiness assessments, and risk or maturity modeling engagements across the Veeam Data Platform. • Engage directly with CIO and CISO stakeholders on resilience posture, risk exposure, and longterm data protection and modernization strategies. • Support security, cloud, and AIl- expansion motions in partnership with Sales and CSE teams, helping shape technical strategy and customer narratives. • Monitor telemetry, inspection signals, and maturity indicators (e.g., DRMM where applicable) to identify risk, optimization opportunities, and expansion signals. • Validate architectures and designs to derisk adoption and accelerate time to value. • Align tightly with Sales Engineering teams on required deliverables and engagement strategy, enabling Sales to remain focused on presales motions while Success Engineers support post sale depth and continuity. • Operate as a pooled specialist resource across Enterprise and Commercial Named accounts (generally $100K+ ARR), with coverage models aligned to demand and specialization. • Amplify Veeam’s technical authority in customer conversations by translating complex technical concepts into clear, outcome oriented guidance. • Success Engineers are not the primary owners of onboarding or renewals but provide targeted support where advanced technical involvement materially improves outcomes.
