Cultural Affairs Director
Fonction publique Territoriale
Role Description La ville de Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy dispose d'une médiathèque, d'une école de musique, d'une scène nationale et de nombreuses MJC. Sa politique culturelle est particulièrement dynamique autour de la musique, et de nombreux événements, à rayonnement important. Plusieurs projets structurants sont actuellement en cours autour de la valorisation patrimoniale, de l'histoire locale, et la création de la Maison de l'Histoire de la Chanson Française. - Élaboration en lien avec l'élu à la culture et les différentes composantes de la Direction, de la programmation culturelle annuelle et sa budgétisation - Appui à la définition de la stratégie de développement culturel de la ville - Gestion des relations contractuelles avec les partenaires - Mise en place d'une démarche prospective de développement et d'analyse des publics (milieux culturels et artistiques, touristiques, associatifs et institutionnels, entreprises, étudiants...) - Appui au développement des équipements à vocation culturelle de la ville (Maison de l'Histoire de la Chanson Française MaHiCha, Hilo...) - Supervision du projet MaHiCha - Développement d'une approche patrimoniale de la culture locale (patrimoine bâtimentaire et vivant) - Lien entre les opérateurs culturels du territoire (DRAC, CCAM, MJC...) - Supervision de la production culturelle et des manifestations - Assurer la coordination technique et logistique des événements en lien avec les partenaires et les différents services municipaux à mobiliser - Concevoir et déployer la stratégie de communication culturelle en lien avec le service communication - Renforcer le lien avec les acteurs culturels locaux institutionnels, associatifs - Encadrement du service opérationnel culture - Garantir le respect de la réglementation et des normes en vigueur relatif à votre domaine d'activité, aux finances et marchés publics - Superviser l'élaboration budgétaire de l'ensemble des composantes de la direction - Développer des outils de reporting et d'analyse de la performance du service Qualifications - Diplôme d'études supérieures en gestion d'équipements touristiques et culturels, communication, événementiel. - Expérience similaire souhaitée, en musées et monuments historiques notamment. Requirements - Bonne connaissance de la législation relative à la gestion des établissements patrimoniaux et culturels - Connaissance de la fonction publique territoriale et des collectivités territoriales appréciée - Qualités rédactionnelles - Capacité à mobiliser les réseaux du milieu culturel et artistique - Capacité managériale, gestion d'équipe - Conduite de projets, pilotage d'études, tableaux de bord - Dynamique - Force de proposition - Rigueur et sens de l'organisation - Grande disponibilité - Qualités relationnelles - Sens aigüe de la communication
