Strategic Alliances Director
Spring Health
• Build Consultant Relationships at the National & Global Level: Establish Spring Health as the go-to mental health solution by building strong, trust-based relationships with benefits consultants. • Drive Advocacy: Encourage national and global relationships with senior leaders across specialty practices to champion Spring Health, supporting our pipeline and bookings goals. • Support Sales in Territory: Partner with sales, channel partnerships, and other teams to drive pipeline and bookings, engaging consultants and coordinating resources to meet territory goals. • Support Sales Initiatives: Work with Product Marketing to create targeted sales tools and educational materials for consultants. • Represent at National Events: Attend conferences and consultant events to build brand presence and expand influence. • Coordinate Across Teams: Act as a liaison with sales, product, and customer success, bringing consultant insights to inform strategy. • Leverage Market Insights: Provide competitive intel and market insights to help align strategies with consultant needs. • Meet Sales Goals: Collaborate with internal and external partners to hit annual revenue targets.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
- A proven track record of building and influencing relationships with senior executive leaders at national consulting or brokerage firms.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic accounts at a national or enterprise level, ensuring alignment across diverse regions and internal practices.
- Deep understanding of benefits consulting dynamics and a clear ability to translate firm-level advocacy into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of successfully aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to activate national strategies locally.
- High-level executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to clearly position complex value propositions and differentiate in competitive markets.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of generating net-new pipeline, increasing inclusion in major opportunities, and improving overall win rates.
