Job Description

E-commerce Manager – DACH

Vilgain

• You manage and grow the local Vilgain online store — from on-site experience to performance outcomes • You adapt the store to the local customer — messaging, UX, offers and product positioning • You optimize product listings and pages so they convert, not just look correct • You coordinate promotions, launches and campaigns and ensure they translate into sales in your market • You track performance daily, run A/B tests and identify what actually moves revenue • You prepare and execute market-specific marketing activities together with performance, CRM, social media, influencer and creative teams • You ensure operational readiness — stock availability, logistics flow, and customer experience match the campaign activity • You bring market feedback into the company and help shape communication, product focus and priorities • You support additional channels such as marketplaces or B2B opportunities when relevant • You work cross-functionally across growth, operations and brand — and close gaps when something breaks.

Job Requirements

  • Experience operating or growing an online store or market
  • Experience with Performance Marketing
  • Strong understanding of conversion, funnels and customer behavior
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on — from idea to implementation
  • Comfort working with data and making decisions based on business impact
  • Ownership mindset — you fix problems instead of escalating them
  • Fluent English (and German for DACH markets)
  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce or fast-growth environment is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Full flexibility — remote work from anywhere in the DACH region
  • Monthly credit to spend on our products
  • Transparent, fast-moving culture — zero corporate fluff
  • Support from a tight global team that gets things done
