Ecommerce Data Analytics Manager

Henry Schein

• This position is responsible for managing the business pricing program and support data-driven decision-making across our ecommerce business. • This hybrid role will be responsible for analyzing product pricing, profitability, and marketing campaign performance to help optimize revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI. • The ideal candidate is able to translate insights into impactful business actions. • This role will oversee the collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data related to customer behavior, price strategy effectiveness, and campaign performance.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Python, SQL or R for data analysis
  • Knowledge of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and enforcement
  • Experience in healthcare, distribution or marketplace-based businesses
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and pricing software is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and customer metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, CVR, ROAS)
