Role Overview As the Category Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of a multi-million dollar product category, with a primary focus on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. You will own the full lifecycle of the category, from product positioning to advertising and demand planning, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure growth and success. This role requires a balance of data-driven decision-making, innovative strategy, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities - Category Ownership & Strategy: Own the end-to-end performance of the category, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory. - Optimization & Growth: Continuously optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy to drive growth and maximize market share. - Product Innovation & Expansion: Identify new product opportunities and manage the lifecycle of existing products to ensure continued relevance and profitability. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams to ensure seamless execution and support product growth. - Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance data and implement improvements to optimize category performance and drive scalable results. How Success Is Measured - Achieving measurable growth and market share expansion within your category. - Improved category profitability through effective pricing, inventory management, and advertising optimization. - Consistent execution of strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. - Cross-functional collaboration that drives seamless product and marketing execution.

You’re passionate about driving growth, optimizing performance, and building strategies that scale. You have strong analytical skills and experience working within e-commerce ecosystems, particularly with platforms like Amazon.
  • You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling product categories and driving profitability.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making decisions based on performance data.
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for driving innovation and applying new strategies to optimize performance.

You own the strategy. You own the results. Your Core Focus - Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months - Achieve ≥15% net margin on Shopify and ≥5% on TikTok Shop - Maintain Meta ROAS ≥ 2.0 and TikTok Shop ROAS ≥ 3.5 - Launch one new high-converting bundle-based funnel per month - Drive email and SMS to contribute ≥25% of Shopify revenue - Remove the CEO from daily ecommerce execution by owning strategy, systems, team, and outcomes You are not here to manage tasks. You are here to architect a repeatable growth engine.
