Growth Creative Designer

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Experience working with wellness, beauty, or consumer brands preferred
  • Ability to design high-converting creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Experience creating bundles, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Experience designing paid social ad creatives
  • Ability to develop UGC overlays, hooks, and messaging
  • Experience supporting creative testing and iteration
  • Ability to create multiple creative variations for performance testing
  • Understanding of how creative impacts CTR, CVR, and ad performance
