• The Sr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch their solutions. • The Sr. Developer will also contribute our internal product development and will be responsible for building out major components of our internal product that we will use to package our solutions. • We are building a best-in-class delivery team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team and exciting customers.
Job Requirements
- Work directly with our customers to define requirements and present and deliver solutions
- Responsible for architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies to build customised solutions
- Lead technical design sessions with customers and project team
- Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team on them
- 5+ years project experience in a hands on technical position
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Has worked on multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
- Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce
- Experience implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is a huge plus!
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management
- Any Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Understanding of Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-In’s is a big plus
- Working hands-on experience on writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience on any JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, React is a huge plus
- Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON and XML

Role Description As a Steampunk Salesforce Developer, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
