Project Recruitment Manager

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities. • Manage team workload, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing operations. • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands. • Craft compelling job advertisements that attract top talent and clearly communicate project requirements. • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing, Vendor Management and CTA teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. • Qualify our global community of collaborators by screening and selecting suitable candidates for both remote and onsite positions in our AI data projects. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates. • Request and assign qualification tests, to candidates. • Support client proposal process (RFP/RFI) with rates, ramp up times and any other relevant information requested. • Negotiate competitive rates for candidates, aligning with project requirements and market standards and company goals. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
- 2+ years of experience and leading teams.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Research, identify and sign up ICs in specified markets. • Maintain consistent vetting process for qualifying ICs based on Company, DOT and other legal requirements. • Perform IC audits during load-out, uniform inspections, truck inspections ride-behinds, in-home, check-in and invoice validation to ensure industry- leading delivery service. • Ensure process for IC paperwork and payout is accurate, understood and followed • Act as recruiting liaison between IC’s and location Managers. • Maintain industry knowledge and pulse of IC pay by differentiated delivery service level. • Recruiting and startup planning to support ’go live’ for new business. • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all locations, clients within those locations and services offered. • Coordinate IC interview with Operations Team. • Quarterly Business Reviews with ICs and Managers. • Provide IC rates for Business Development Opportunities. • Other duties as assigned.
