The IMA Group | Full-Time | National Scope Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (based on evaluation-based recruiting experience) The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Physician / Provider Recruiter to support national expansion across 35+ medical offices. This role requires prior experience recruiting providers within evaluation-based government exam programs (VA, disability, IME, occupational health, or federal contractor environments). This is not general healthcare staffing. We are looking for recruiters who understand structured exam models, productivity alignment, and credentialing-driven operations. Candidates must have: - Direct experience recruiting physicians (MD/DO), psychologists (PhD/PsyD), speech language pathologists (SLP), nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA) or advanced practice providers - Experience supporting VA, disability, IME, occupational health, or government services contracts - Experience recruiting for per-exam, per-unit, salaried and productivity-based compensation models - Demonstrated ownership of recruiting metrics (starts, and strategic time-to-fill) - Experience working within regulated, credentialing-heavy environments Minimum 3 years of provider recruitment experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Key Responsibilities: - Full-cycle provider recruitment (national scope) - Direct sourcing via licensing boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, provider directories - Cold outreach and pipeline development - Screening for licensure, malpractice, and credentialing readiness - Partnering with operations to ensure successful provider launches - Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and internal SOPs #LI-RC1 #LI-REMOTE EEO Our Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services. Our Payer Services Division meets the evaluation and screening needs of Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities and Employers and includes behavioral health and physical medicine specialty services, working with a wide range of organizations within the workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto markets. Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
