• Own the implementation and ongoing refinement of Karoo Health care model • Translate evidence-based cardiology guidelines into practical and scalable care protocols • Test, iterate, and standardize care protocols to meet the needs of individual markets and payer arrangements • Ensure the Karoo Health care model supports value-based care • Operationalize the clinical model across care teams, developing SOPs, staffing models, role definitions, and training materials • Identify operational bottlenecks or clinical variation and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Support market launches by ensuring clinical readiness, workflows, and staffing are in place • Provide operational support to Karoo’s clinical team (RNs, LCSW, MAs, etc.) • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinical staff • Foster a culture of patient-centered, data-informed, high-quality care delivery • Partner with Analytics and Finance to define and monitor clinical KPIs tied to value-based contracts • Use data to assess clinical effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce avoidable utilization • Collaborate with partner cardiology practices to ensure smooth integration of Karoo’s clinical model into existing workflows • Ensure clinical operations meet regulatory, licensure, and quality standards across states and care settings • Work closely with Product to inform clinical requirements for tools, workflows, and dashboards • Partner with Market Ops, and Growth teams to align clinical delivery with expansion goals

• Create, update, and own the company’s forward-looking financial model • Provide analytical frameworks and actionable insights that support operational and financial decision making • Develop insightful analyses and dashboards utilizing existing and new data • Support corporate finance processes, including fundraising and evaluating potential new engagements with health plans and cardiology practices • Update senior management and company investors on financial and operational performance • Help build and manage a world class strategic finance team over time • Establish reporting and accounting processes and standards that scale with the business, including assisting with monthly closes • Serve as the primary cross-functional finance partner to the Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering and People teams, to ensure financial insight is embedded into how teams make decisions

• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via phone, email, and digital channels targeting cardiologists, practice administrators, and physician group leadership • Make cold and warm calls to provider offices to introduce Karoo and qualify interest • Draft and send personalized email sequences and follow-up communications • Assist in planning and executing outbound recruitment campaigns, including webinar and event-based initiatives • Communicate effectively with practice administrators, office managers, and physicians • Develop familiarity with provider workflow, revenue cycle considerations, and operational challenges • Capture and document feedback, objections, and competitive mentions from prospect conversations to help refine messaging and inform the team's approach • Log all outreach activity accurately in CRM and maintain clean prospect records • Track follow-up tasks and ensure consistent cadence with prospects

• Craft clean, testable, and maintainable code. • Own the software from requirements development through deployment and maintenance. • Architect, optimize, and maintain databases to ensure reliability and performance. • Design and deploy scalable, secure, cloud infrastructure leveraging infrastructure-as-code best practices. • Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).

• Own daily operational performance across active markets, ensuring smooth care delivery, provider satisfaction, and patient experience • Serve as the primary operational escalation point for market-level issues, quickly diagnosing root causes and driving resolution • Partner with Market Ops Managers to ensure consistent execution while allowing for thoughtful local variation • Support market launches by coordinating operational readiness across clinical, staffing, workflows, and tooling • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational tools and systems that support care delivery • Partner closely with Product and Clinical Operations to translate real-world operational needs into scalable technical solutions • Ensure systems are intuitive for frontline teams and reduce administrative burden rather than adding complexity • Identify gaps in tooling or process and prioritize fixes that improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability • Build and maintain core operational processes, SOPs, and playbooks that enable consistent execution across markets • Act as the connective tissue between Clinical Operations, Product, Market Ops, and central Operations teams • Define and monitor operational KPIs tied to care delivery, capacity, responsiveness, and market performance • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team, including Market Ops Managers and centralized ops roles.

• Support the data engineering team in managing workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow or AWS Step Functions) for production-grade data pipelines. • Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (utilizing GitLab) to ensure seamless, automated software delivery and data pipeline deployments. • Design and deploy scalable, secure, cloud infrastructure leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to support high-availability healthcare applications. • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability and performance, providing visibility into both application health and data processing speeds. • Act as a primary defender of our environment; ensure all infrastructure remains compliant with strict healthcare data regulations, specifically HIPAA and HITRUST. • Work closely with software and data engineers to optimize system architecture and performance of databases (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow or AWS Step Functions). • Evaluate and implement emerging tools and technologies that improve the developer experience and system resilience.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that provide visibility into clinical, operational, and business performance. • Partner with leadership to define key metrics and KPIs and ensure they are consistently measured and reported. • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights on patient populations, provider performance, care management programs, and payer reporting. • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with data engineers and product/tech teams to ensure data sources are accurate, well-structured, and accessible. • Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in care delivery, operations, and financial performance. • Contribute to building a culture of data-driven decision-making across the company.

• Own and build the operational engine behind Karoo's network development function • Draft and maintain a library of outreach templates, call scripts, and email sequences tailored to cardiologists and practice administrators • Prepare briefing documents and meeting materials so the team walks into every conversation fully prepared • Build onboarding materials and territory packages for Account Executives entering new markets • Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and activity logging across the network development team • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, outreach activity, and conversion metrics • Develop and manage standardized workflows for outreach, follow-up, and deal progression • Track post-meeting action items and ensure follow-through on commitments made to prospects and partners • Map cardiology practices, physician groups, and health systems in target markets and states • Identify key players, group affiliations, ownership structures, and referral patterns • Act as a liaison between the network development team and internal stakeholders including Clinical, Operations, and Finance
