Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager who can support marketing strategy and client engagement across a portfolio of growing companies. - Most of our clients are B2B organizations in industries such as technology and healthcare, though we also support a small number of consumer-facing brands. - The ideal candidate is comfortable contributing to marketing strategies for a variety of business models and understands how marketing approaches differ across audiences and industries. - You will work closely with senior strategists and the broader team to support campaign direction, review deliverables, and participate in client meetings. - You’ll help ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, high-quality, and delivering measurable results. - This role combines marketing strategy, demand generation execution, client communication, and campaign oversight. Role Overview The Manager - Website & Marketing Automation will lead strategy, design direction, agency oversight, and performance optimization for all Allstar brand websites. This person will also own marketing automation, email/SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, and re-engagement strategies. This is a hands-on role: you will not just manage, but design, test, iterate, and optimize. You'll also explore new AI/MarTech partners to scale our marketing systems and efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Website Strategy, UX & Design Leadership - Serve as the central authority on website initiatives and landing page initiatives -UX strategy, design direction, content architecture, and user flows. - Partner with external agencies or internal resources to build, iterate, and maintain websites, ensuring milestones are met. - Develop and roll out new website strategies for core brands and growth markets, creating templates, frameworks, content and launch playbooks. - Guide information architecture, navigation, mobile/responsive design, and site structure with the goal of maximizing conversion and reducing friction. - Work with brand team to ensure all website designs are aesthetically strong, on brand and consumer friendly Conversion Optimization & Testing - Design and run A/B tests, multivariate tests, UX experiments, personalization, heat maps, session recordings, and funnel analyses. - Use analytics, user feedback, and behavior data to iterate site content, layouts, calls-to-action, and flows. - Work closely with performance marketing teams to ensure sites are optimized for SEO best practices (on-page SEO, site speed, metadata, structured data) and aligned with organic traffic goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with brand, creative, UX, SEO, content, and growth teams to ensure sites reflect brand identity and deliver consistent experiences. - Collaborate with brands, platform marketing, operations, sales, and growth to ensure website/automation strategies align with broader business goals (lead generation, appointment setting, retention). - Liaise with technical teams (IT, dev, infrastructure) to manage hosting, performance, security, integrations, and technical constraints. Project Management - Lead project planning, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverable tracking to meet launch deadlines. - Manage vendor contracts, agency relationships, and performance deliverables. Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Engagement - Identify and onboard marketing automation systems or tools required to build successful e-mail/SMS campaigns for brands - Work with brand teams to architect and execute email and SMS strategies - i.e. welcome flows, nurture sequences, re-engagement, loyalty, cart/quote abandonment, cross-sell/up-sell, etc. - Define and implement segmentation models, triggers, and dynamic content within automation platforms. - Oversee rehash campaigns, retention, loyalty, and reactivation flows. - Monitor deliverability, open rates, click rates, unsubscribe rates, spam complaints, and continually optimize performance. MarTech, AI, & Innovation - Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in web technologies, CRO, marketing automation, and data science. - Drive experimentation with new platforms/technologies to enhance customer experience, conversion, and ROI.
