Job Requirements
- 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security model, and governor limits
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Previous experience managing or leading a small technical team
